REFUND POLICY
Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 30-days from date of purchase. The product to be exchanged may only be exchanged for another downloadable product of equal value, sold by Apple Productions. However, before any replacement will be made available, the customer must return to Apple Productions, a “Refund Claim Form”. The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs Apple Productions that they need such form. To obtain an exchange, you must notify Apple Productions, within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to exchange the product purchased. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to Apple Productions by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain the exchange.
Products purchased that are not downloadable (CD, Diskette, Hard Printed Versions or Goods) may be returned for a full credit, minus shipping and handling charges of $10.00. However, before any product may be returned, the customer must return to Apple Productions, a “Refund Claim Form”. The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs Apple Productions that they need such form. To obtain a refund, you must notify Information Apple Productions within 30-days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to Apple Productions by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10-days, in order to obtain a refund.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to Apple Productions. Apple Productions will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Apple Productions The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY. EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO HELP YOU RE-ACCOMPLISH THE DOWNLOAD LINK REFERENCE IF YOU HAVE MISPLACED SAME OR THE EMAIL ALERTING YOU OF THE APPROPRIATE LINK WAS UNSUCESSFUL IN IT’S DELIVERY TO THE EMAIL USED WHEN PLACING THE ORIGINAL ORDER. NORMAL DELIVERY OF 24 HOURS IS ALLOTED WHICH TIME YOU SHOULD RECEIVE YOUR ORIGINAL LINK.
